1. What is the minimum car rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.


2. What are the driver’s license and age requirements?

To rent a vehicle:

  • You must be at least 20 years old,

  • You must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 2 years.

Requirements may vary for upper–segment vehicles.


3. What types of insurance are included and what is covered?

All our vehicles are delivered with mandatory traffic insurance and full insurance coverage (kasko).

However, insurance becomes invalid in the following situations:

Insurance becomes invalid if:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Failure to provide accident, theft, or alcohol reports

  • Exceeding legal speed limits

  • Use of the vehicle by a person not registered in the rental agreement

  • Misuse of the vehicle or using it outside the agreed purpose

Damages not covered by insurance:

  • Broken windows, mirrors, or headlights

  • Tire punctures or blowouts

  • Mechanical failures caused by user error


4. Can someone else drive the rented vehicle?

Yes.
However, the additional driver's license and ID information must be added to the rental agreement.
If an unregistered driver uses the vehicle, insurance becomes invalid, and all responsibility falls on the renter.


5. What are the long-term rental conditions?

All rentals of 30 days or more are considered long-term rentals.
Special pricing and discounts are available for long-term rentals.

6. What additional services do you offer?

🟦 GPS (Navigation System)

Available upon request for an additional fee.

🟦 HGS (Fast Pass System)

Highway and bridge tolls are charged separately based on usage.

🟦 Child Seat

Available upon request for an additional fee.

🟦 Vehicle Delivery & Collection Service

  • Available within Çerkezköy and our designated service areas.

  • Address delivery service fee: 300₺.

  • For locations outside the service zone, an additional 5₺ per km is charged.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

🏦 Deposit (Security Payment)

  • The deposit is taken only via Bank Transfer / EFT.

  • Credit card pre-authorization is not applied.

  • The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle group and is refunded after inspection at the end of the rental period.

🚗 Rental Fee Payment Options

💳 Credit Card Payment

  • The rental fee can be paid by credit card (single payment).

💵 Cash Payment

  • The rental fee can be paid in cash.

🏦 Bank Transfer / EFT

  • The rental fee can be paid via bank transfer or EFT.

  • Payment confirmation must be sent before the rental begins.


8. What are your vehicle pick-up and drop-off hours?

Vehicle pick-up and drop-off operations are carried out between 08:00 – 18:00.
Requests outside these hours are subject to additional fees and availability.


9. Is there a fee if I return the car dirty?

Yes.
If the vehicle is returned unusually dirty, a 400₺ cleaning fee will be charged.


10. What should I do if the vehicle breaks down?

1️⃣ Contact us immediately.
2️⃣ Our technical team will assist you.
3️⃣ If necessary, a replacement vehicle may be provided.

Repair costs resulting from user error will be charged to the renter.


11. What is your fuel policy?

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up.
If the fuel level is lower, the price difference + service fee will be charged.


12. How are traffic fines handled?

All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.
Fines issued after the vehicle is returned will also be charged to the renter.


13. When is the deposit refunded?

Deposits taken via EFT are refunded on the same day after vehicle inspection, or within a short period depending on bank processing times.
